Take a deep breath and become present. Apply a small amount of Hairbath to hands and awaken into a light lather. Massage into scalp and hair using fingertips and leave on for 3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.

After cleansing, apply 1 to 2 pumps of conditioner to palms and awaken between hands. Distribute from mid-lengths to ends using fingertips or comb. Leave on for 3 to 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
